Open Boffin, go to Settings, then tap Restore purchase. If that does not work, make sure you are signed into the Apple ID that bought the subscription.
Open iPhone Settings, tap your Apple ID, then Subscriptions, then Boffin. Apple handles billing, cancellation, and refund requests.
After a result, tap the report link if you think your answer should have been accepted. We review reports to improve future judging.
Open Boffin Settings to change reminder preferences, or use iOS Settings to disable all Boffin notifications.
